Ukrainian City Cut Off From Aid

About 6,000 people remain in Oleshky in occupied Kherson, Ukraine says, after Russian forces sealed the city so food and medicine cannot enter. Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiha asked the U.N. General Assembly to press for aid. Russia admits critical shortages, says its army is helping, and blames Kyiv.
