Kyiv alleges Russian blockade of Oleshky; Kremlin admits shortages

Ukraine's Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiha told the UN General Assembly that Russian forces hold Oleshky under full blockade, urging pressure to allow aid. The Kremlin acknowledged a critical shortage of food and medicine in the Russian-occupied Kherson city, saying its military was working to resolve it while blaming Kyiv. About 6,000 remain there, Kyiv estimates.
