Trump Threatens Cuba With U.S. Military Force at World Leaders' Meeting

Trump said the U.S. could use its military against Cuba if needed. Speaking Sept. 22 to the UN General Assembly, where leaders from around the world meet, he called Cuba a 'failed state,' meaning its government is collapsing. Cuba's team walked out in response. He said the U.S. wants basic change and that Cuba's communist rulers are under great pressure.
