Trump threatens military power against Cuba in UN speech, Cuban delegation walks out

President Donald Trump called Cuba a "failed state" in his Sept. 22 address to the UN General Assembly and said the U.S. was willing to use military power against Cuba when necessary. The Cuban delegation walked out in response. Trump said his administration seeks fundamental change and that the communist regime is under great pressure.
