Ubisoft Co-Founder Claude Guillemot Dies in Plane Crash

Claude Guillemot, 69, one of five brothers who founded video game company Ubisoft in 1986, died June 19 when his small plane crashed near La Baule, France. One other passenger also died. Guillemot and his family built Ubisoft from a small distribution business in rural France into a global gaming publisher behind hit franchises including Assassin's Creed, Far Cry, and Rainbow Six.
