Australia Plans Big Cut to Planet-Heating Pollution by 2035

Australia plans to sharply cut the pollution that heats the planet — 62-70% less than in 2005 by 2035, Prime Minister Anthony Albanese said September 21 to open Climate Week NYC in New York. He called it 'ambitious but achievable,' saying the country 'will get there' with clean, reusable power backed up by gas.
