Ukraine Uses Pelican Weapon for First Time in Sept. 20 Attack on Russia

Ukraine used its Pelican weapon for the first time, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said, in a big overnight attack on Russia on Sept. 20. The attack also used long-flying guided missiles and pilotless planes carrying explosives. It came after Zelenskyy approved longer-distance attacks on Sept. 19 following Russian attacks.
