Lawyer Nicolas Sansone is trying to stop Donald Trump's planned 250-foot celebration arch near Washington. Renaming it a 'top grade Military Complex/Triumphal Arch' with drones and snipers does not make it lawful, he says. Like needing a permit to build a house, the project needs approval from Congress, which it does not have.
