Attorney suing over Trump arch says military label does not fix lack of authorization

Nicolas Sansone, attorney for litigants suing to stop Donald Trump's planned 250 ft triumphal arch near Washington, said recasting it as a "top grade Military Complex/Triumphal Arch" with drones and snipers "does not cure the project's fundamental illegality." Congress has not authorized it, he said, and it should not proceed without authorization.
