Trump Wants Final Say on Medical Research Money

President Donald Trump is expected to create a group to approve funding from the National Institutes of Health, the government agency that is the world's largest public funder of medical research. The group, including budget chief Russell Vought and health research chief Jay Bhattacharya, could unanimously reject grants that do not fit Trump's goals.
