Tennessee Woman Sues Fargo for $10 Million After Photo Mix-Up Led to Arrest

Angela Lipps, 50, seeks $10 million in a federal court case against Fargo and detective Lucas Heck. She says police wrongly blamed her for bank theft after computer software, like a photo matcher, linked her social media picture to the crime and led to an arrest order. The city says it does not comment on pending court cases.
