Tennessee woman sues Fargo for $10M over AI facial-recognition arrest

Angela Lipps, 50, filed a federal lawsuit seeking $10 million from Fargo and detective Lucas Heck, alleging police wrongly accused her of bank theft based on AI facial recognition. The complaint says a software match to her social media photo led to her warrant. The city says it does not comment on pending litigation.
