Child protection workers missing key meetings, safety concerns raised

Social workers from Oranga Tamariki, the government child protection agency, are regularly missing meetings where police, doctors and schools share information about at-risk children. Ruth Money from the family violence sector said this is dangerous because important details about cases stay locked away.
