Nine women found dead near Johannesburg

Police in South Africa say nine women in their 20s and 30s were found dead in Ekurhuleni, a local district east of Johannesburg. The bodies were found over about two months through Sept. 18, 2026. Police say they do not yet know if the deaths are connected and are still investigating.
