ACT says power companies should not be broken up

ACT will stop power companies being broken up, energy spokesperson Simon Court said at Parliament. Court said forcing companies that make electricity to separate from those that sell it would not create more power, gas or power lines. NZ First has promised that separation, saying it would lower prices.
