Cuba says U.S. rules leave 7,000 boxes of food and medicine stuck

More than 7,000 large shipping boxes filled mostly with food, medicine and medical tools are stuck in ports, Cuban officials say. Havana blames orders by U.S. leaders in January and May and later shipping stoppages. Washington says its rules aim at powerful people and money flows. The stuck boxes show how far the effects spread.
