Quebec party leaders hold second TV debate

Quebec's five party leaders met in Montreal for their second of three live TV debates before the Oct. 5 election. Christine Fréchette, Paul St-Pierre Plamondon, Charles Milliard, Ruba Ghazal and Éric Duhaime spent 90 minutes discussing prices and daily costs, money, roads and buildings, young people, health care and protecting the French language.
