Quebec leaders hold second debate ahead of Oct. 5 vote

Quebec's five party leaders met in Montreal for the second of three televised debates before the Oct. 5 election. Christine Fréchette, Paul St-Pierre Plamondon, Charles Milliard, Ruba Ghazal and Éric Duhaime debated cost of living, finance, infrastructure, youth, health and French-language protection in a 90-minute exchange.
