U.S. charges five Russians over alleged murder plots

The Justice Department, the federal agency that brings criminal cases, charged five suspected Russian spies with allegedly planning attacks, including murder, on people Russia's leaders see as enemies worldwide, in court papers made public in Manhattan. Prosecutors said the five are still free and face charges of plotting to pay for terrorism.
