Justice Department charges five in alleged Russian murder plots

The Justice Department charged five suspected Russian intelligence operatives with allegedly plotting attacks, including murder, against perceived Kremlin enemies worldwide, according to an indictment unsealed in federal court in Manhattan. Prosecutors said all five remain at large and face conspiracy to finance terrorism charges.
