London Police Fire Officer Over Threat Caught in BBC Inquiry

London's main police force has fired officer Mason O'Connor for telling a female coworker he hoped she would be raped on her way to Waterloo, while off duty in a pub in October 2024. He is the 13th officer fired after a BBC Panorama undercover report on sexism and racism at the Charing Cross station. He cannot rejoin the police.
