National plan to split supermarket group in two

National says it would divide supermarket group Foodstuffs in two, with Pak'nSave stores in one national group and New World and Four Square stores in the other. The party says no shop owner would have to sell or rename their store. It says this would leave three supermarket groups with Woolworths to lower food prices.
