Philadelphia lists two places where big computer buildings could go

Philadelphia officials pointed to areas in Northeast Philadelphia and Grays Ferry where large buildings to store the computers that run websites and apps could be built. As of September 15, 2026, no formal construction proposals had been filed for either site.
