Is Polluted Air Linked to Suicide Risk?

Breathing tiny particles and nitrogen dioxide, a gas in polluted air, was linked to higher risk of suicide death, attempts and suicidal thoughts, Queen's University Belfast researchers found across 29 studies. Published in the Journal of Epidemiology and Community Health, the review shows a link, not proof, pointing to more study of air and mental health.
