U.S. Accuses Firms of Sending $1.5 Billion in Digital Money to Iran's Military

Federal prosecutors say several companies moved about $1.5 billion in digital money through Binance, a major crypto exchange, to Iran for its military. The claim is in a legal filing asking to seize $61 million in digital money sent through connected online accounts, some of which allegedly moved through the U.S. banking system.
