Login-free ways to read X go offline after legal fight

Nitter and XCancel are down as of Sept. 15, 2026, after X legal action. Nitter's GitHub page was locked Sept. 11; XCancel cited a new court development. In August X sent a legal warning claiming improper use of its feed and getting around its rules. Both let people read X without an account, without ads, trackers or extra code.
