Panel Builds New Windows When Old Ones Cannot Open Files

Panel's helper can now build a new display window when the standard ones cannot open something. The research workspace keeps chats, files, PDFs and notebooks open pinned side by side, like papers on a desk. Examples given are a 3D viewer for proteins and a viewer for SQLite, a common type of data file.
