Ottawa to explain plan for business money in airports

The Carney government is expected to explain how private businesses could put money into Canada's airports on Sept. 15 at its two-day meeting with investors in Toronto, four Liberal MPs briefed by Transport Minister Steven MacKinnon told The Globe and Mail. Officials confirmed the briefing and promised details the next day.
