The Carney government is expected to outline next steps toward opening Canada's airports to more private investment on Sept. 15 at its two-day investor summit in Toronto, according to four Liberal MPs briefed by Transport Minister Steven MacKinnon, The Globe and Mail reported. Officials confirmed the briefing and promised details the next day.
