Texas Landowners Go to Court to Stop a Border Wall

Six Texas landowners and Conserve Big Bend sued the Trump administration, announced September 14, to stop wall building in Big Bend. The landowners, including ranchers and businesses, point to numbers from the federal border agency showing the area has about 1% of border arrests but about a quarter of the border. Dozens more residents back the case.
