U.S. borrowing cost stays near 5%

U.S. government borrowing cost was 4.97% on Sept. 14, per WSJ, dipping slightly but still near a multi-year high. Think of yield as the interest Washington must pay to borrow for 10 years. Near 5%, that keeps mortgages, business loans and credit cards expensive. My worry is it stays high.
