Sweden may get a new government by one seat

Sweden's four-party centre-left opposition is expected to win 176 seats in the Riksdag, Sweden's parliament, after the September 13 election — just one more than needed to govern. Early counts from over 94% of districts put it ahead of Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson's government. County boards began a final recount of votes September 14.
