Swedish centre-left projected to win 176 seats and form government

Sweden's four-party centre-left opposition is projected to win 176 seats in the Riksdag after the September 13 election, a one-seat majority. Preliminary counts from over 94% of districts put the bloc ahead of Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson's government. County boards began a final recount September 14.
