Wales Demands Equal Respect

Wales's First Minister Rhun ap Iorwerth warned Prime Minister Andy Burnham to respect devolution, like letting Wales make its own house rules, saying Wales is a country 'not a region in England.' In a 13 September Guardian interview, Burnham promised he would 'not bypass devolution.' Wales is the only UK nation without its police and courts.
