Nepal Floods: 121 Workers May Be Stuck Underground

Nepal's army says about 121 of 900 missing workers may be stuck in tunnels built for dams that make electricity, like giant underground pipes. Rescuers are searching three tunnels, including Chilime and Upper Trishuli 3A. An Aug. 31 report listed 933 missing from 11 such dam projects in the flood-hit area.
