Singapore PM's pay target raised 64% in first review for 15 years

Singapore is raising the Prime Minister's salary benchmark — the suggested pay level for the role — by 64 per cent, from S$2.2m to S$3.6m (about US$2.85m). The government said no political pay has changed in 15 years. Current ministers will get a one-off rise of up to 9 per cent from 15 October.
