One Nation can't agree: does its own migration plan grow or shrink Australia?

One Nation wants to cap migration at 130,000 people a year. Senator Malcolm Roberts says that means Australia actually shrinks, because 220,000 people leave each year. Barnaby Joyce says the same number means Australia grows slightly. A party built on cutting immigration can't agree whether its own plan grows the country or shrinks it.
