NDIS changes make it harder to use money set aside for you

From December, people getting NDIS funding have only 90 days to use their money instead of two years. The government hopes this saves cash. But it might work by stopping people from getting help they're entitled to, rather than actually costing less. People who miss the deadline lose their support—the scheme pays less, but the whole point falls apart.
