Instagram Now Lets You See and Change What the App Thinks You Like

Instagram launched a new feature in December 2025 called "Your Algorithm" that shows you the topics the app thinks you're interested in. You can now view and edit these interests to change what appears in your feeds. The platform reveals the categories driving recommendations, though the underlying system still tracks how long you watch videos. It's the first time Instagram has given users direct control over what shapes their feed.
