White House Wants New Charges for Olympian in Lincoln Memorial Pool Case

The White House asked the Justice Department to consider new charges against former Olympian David Hearn involving the Lincoln Memorial reflecting pool. A federal judge had dismissed the case after prosecutors admitted the vandalism claims were false. US Attorney Jeanine Pirro blamed contractor error instead.
