Leave.EU donor Arron Banks allegedly sent private investigators after Sunday Times journalist

Arron Banks allegedly hired private investigators through his former firm Precision Risk and Intelligence to surveil Sunday Times journalist Gabriel Pogrund, who reported on Reform UK and Nigel Farage's financial backers. Asked whether he paid investigators, Banks replied: "When you live by the sword, you die by the sword." The Sunday Times called the surveillance "reprehensible" and denied using hacked information.
