Klaviyo acquires Agency, appoints founder Elias Torres as chief product officer

Publicly traded Klaviyo agreed to acquire Agency, a three-year-old AI customer success startup founded by Elias Torres, for undisclosed terms. Torres joins as chief product officer with his 25-person team to accelerate Klaviyo's AI agents, Composer and Customer Agent. Agency had raised $32 million from Sequoia, Menlo Ventures, and Felicis. Klaviyo also announced a Google partnership for autonomous customer experiences.
