Wispr Flow's upcoming Mac notetaker captures system audio — no call bot required

Wispr Flow is preparing to launch a Mac meeting notetaker that transcribes by capturing system audio locally, skipping the visible-bot model used by Otter, Fireflies.ai, and Read AI. Updated terms (July 25) and a customer email surfaced August 5 confirm the product cleans up transcripts, generates action items, and enables cross-meeting AI queries. It has not yet launched.
