One dead, 14–15 injured after car rams Berlin Pride parade crowd

A car drove into attendees at Berlin's Pride (CSD) parade on July 25, 2026, killing one person and injuring at least 14–15 others, per DPA, AP, Deutsche Welle, and The Guardian. Authorities cancelled the march. Berlin Mayor Kai Wegner called it "an attack on our free and cosmopolitan society." The driver's motive has not been confirmed.
