US Fires Into Tanker Engine Room After Four Blockade Breach Attempts in Strait of Hormuz

US forces disabled a commercial tanker in the Strait of Hormuz on July 25, 2026, after its crew attempted to breach the American blockade on Iranian ports at least four times, according to Navy Captain Tim Hawkins of CENTCOM.
