Florida Man Arrested for Crypto-Stealing Malware Hidden in Eight Steam Games

FBI arrested Zyaire Wilkins, 21, of North Lauderdale, Florida, on July 14, 2026, for conspiring to distribute eight malware-embedded games on Steam from May 2024 to February 2026. The malware infected roughly 8,000 devices, accessed about 80 crypto wallets, and stole at least $220,000. The FBI is soliciting additional victims via a public form.
