Xbox Weighs Acquisition Offers for Arkane Studios, Including From Ubisoft

Xbox is weighing acquisition offers for Arkane Studios from at least three bidders, including Ubisoft, Bloomberg reported November 3, 2026. The other two are unnamed. Xbox has also considered selling to Arkane's management. No bid has been accepted; an Xbox representative said options are being explored ahead of a December deadline. Arkane Lyon is developing Marvel's Blade.
