Canva is making changes affecting 1,271 people, 22 percent of its staff, co-founder and CEO Melanie Perkins announced, according to The Verge. Departing employees will receive at least six months of salary and twelve months of healthcare coverage. The plan also merges Product, Growth and Platform teams and makes Sydney the primary home for more product teams.
