Runware plans to build AI data center pods on a car-style production line

Runware plans a factory that assembles modular data center pods on a production line, much as automakers assemble vehicles. It targets nearly 1 gigawatt of capacity per month, by scaling its Romania factory to 30 megawatts per day by 2028, according to TechCrunch. A second factory, started earlier in 2026, is expected online early next year.
