NYT Cooking's AI Recipe Tool Cannot Currently Be Disabled

The New York Times is testing an AI recipe-modification tool in its NYT Cooking app, available to all Cooking subscribers on iOS. Asked whether the feature could be disabled, senior editor Genevieve Ko responded "No, not at this time," and said it is completely optional to use. Customized recipes remain private and cannot be published or shared through the app.
